The founders of the Princeton International Academy Charter School (PIACS) are happy to announce the application process with the state of NJ to open our school in September 2010 is underway. PIACS would be the first Mandarin Chinese / English immersion International Baccalaureate public charter school K -8 in NJ if approved. The proposed school would serve Princeton, West Windsor/Plainsboro, and South Brunswick school districts; initially with 3 Kindergarten classes, 3 first grade classes, and 2 second grade classes, and adding higher grades thereafter. If you are interested in enrolling your children in this new forward -thinking public school, please sign a letter of intent now at http://www.piacs.org/letterofintent.doc. More information on PIACS is at our website: www.piacs.org.
