  • Andrew R. Parag, 23, of West Windsor, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana after he was stopped on Grovers Mill Road at 6:44 p.m. Jan. 10 for having an illegal license plate frame. He was also issued summonses for unclear plates and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle. 
  • Shaquana M. Thompson, 24, of Trenton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $600 from Lawrence Township Municipal Court at 6:46 a.m. Jan. 9. Police were preparing to tow her car, which was abandoned and disabled, from the left travel lane on the ramp from Route 1 north onto College Road West when she arrived. She was issued summonses for expired registration and driving while suspended. 
  • Donray A. Francis, 33,of Yeadon, Pennsylvania, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $309 from West Windsor Township Municipal Court after he was stopped on Scudders Mill Road at 8:13 a.m. Jan. 9 for following too closely. He was also issued summonses for careless driving and following too closely. 
  • A television, a laptop computer, a speaker system and clothing were stolen from a Quail Ridge Drive home between Jan. 8 at 2 p.m. and Jan. 9 at 12 a.m. The items were valued at a combined $5,950. 
  • Kristen E. Hagemann, 26, of Rocky Hill, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to have her car inspected, failure to make repairs, refusal to inspect, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and having an open alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle following a motor vehicle stop on College Road East at 12:35 p.m. Jan. 8. 
  • James F. Griffin, 50, of Jackson, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, operating a motor vehicle with a controlled dangerous substance inside and disregarding a traffic control device on Wyndhurst Drive at 8:49 a.m. Jan. 8. 
  • Elly N. Rachuonyo, 66, of New Brunswick, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $400 following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 north at 10:48 p.m. Jan. 7. He was also issued summonses for maintenance of lamps, driving with a suspended license, expired driver’s license and unregistered vehicle. 
