Hopewell Township police reported these incidents:
Officer Christopher Vaccarino stopped a 2000 Mitsubishi on Scotch Road on Jan. 7 at 11:45 p.m. after a random license plate inquiry showed the registered owner of the vehicle had a suspended driver’s license.
While speaking to the driver, who was confirmed as the owner and identified as Regina L. Willis, 34, Mount Holly, she was found to have warrants out for her arrest from Trenton and Bordentown Township, police said.
A passenger — identified as Britney S. Ford, 27, of Hamilton — was found to have a warrant for her arrest from the State Police. Both women were placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters, where they were processed and released.
Their cases will be heard in municipal court. Ms. Willis was also cited for having a suspended driver’s license.

Officer Nicholas Sparaco stopped a Nissan on Broad Street in Hopewell Borough for failing to signal a turn on Jan. 6 at 8:53 p.m.
While speaking with the 17-year-old female driver from Titusville, the officer said he smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. A search of the vehicle led to the discovery of marijuana and drug pipes, police said.
The girl was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters, from where she was later released after being cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Her case will be heard in family court.

On Jan. 7 at 10:24 p.m. Officer James Klesney checked a suspicious vehicle parked on Aunt Molly Road in Hopewell Township.
After speaking to the driver, who was identified as Brandon T. Glover, 19, of Trenton, the officer charged him with being in possession of marijuana and a drug pipe. He was placed under arrest and taken to headquarters and later released. His case will be heard in municipal court.

On Jan. 15 at 10:12 a.m. Officer Brian Dendis stopped a 1999 Volkswagen on Route 31 near Route 654 for having an overdue inspection.
While speaking with the driver, who was identified as Salvador C. Rivera, 46, of Witherspoon Street, Princeton, warrants for his arrest from West Windsor Township were located. He was placed under arrest and taken to police headquarters, where he was processed and released after posting bail. He was also cited for driving while his license was suspended and failure to make repairs. His case will be heard in municipal court.

Officer James Klesney stopped a 2007 Dodge on Scotch Road on Jan. 13 at 2:10 p.m. after a random license plate inquiry indicated the registered owner had a suspended license and warrants for his arrest. The male driver matched the basic description of the driver, police said. Once the auto was stopped, the officer confirmed the driver was the registered owner and identified him as Oliver B. Harris, 34, of Bellevue Avenue, Trenton.
He was placed under arrest and taken to the Hamilton Township Police Department, where he was turned over to their custody after being cited for driving while his credentials were suspended. His case will be heard in municipal court.
