Matawan church to host concert fundraiser Feb. 21

MATAWAN — The New-Jersey-based Christian rock band, 150 Central, will perform in concert at 6 p.m. Feb. 21 at Presbyterian Church of Matawan, 883 Route 34, Matawan. The band will play original tunes as well as selections from Third Day, Casting Crowns and Jeremy Camp.

The multimedia show will raise funds for Manna House, a transitional facility for battered women in Cliffwood Beach.

“This is the perfect way for young and old alike to get together, listen to some great music and shake off the winter blues,” said Dr. E. Graham McKinley, Presbyterian Church of Matawan’s director of music, in a press release.

A potluck supper will precede the concert. To attend the potluck, bring a dish to share. Tickets are required for the concert. Advance tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children and seniors.
