‘Boat N.J.’ course will be offered in Woodbridge Feb. 7

A “Boat N.J.” course will be offered by New Jersey Boating Safety Classes in Woodbridge on Feb. 7. The “Boat N.J.” course meets the needs of boaters and personal watercraft (PWC) operators for a basic overview of boat and PWC operation. The boating safety class is required by the State of New Jersey –  Division of State Police Marine Law Enforcement for boat safety education and is approved by the National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA). The course meets the New Jersey State law requirements for New Jersey boating safety certification. There will be a $75 fee which covers the cost of the course and all materials.

The course will be held at the American Legion Hall, 314 Berry St., Woodbridge. The class will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
