The fourth annual Rumson St. Patrick’s Day Parade will kick off at 1 p.m. March 13.
The parade will feature music, bagpipe bands, floats, marching bands from area high schools, Irish step dancers, antique and classic cars, veteran groups, scouting organizations, nonprofit clubs and organizations, novelty acts and local business and civic groups.
JoAnn Pileggi, a reporter at Fox 29 News Philadelphia, will be the parade’s master of ceremonies.
This year’s grand marshal is Jack C. Howley, president of Howley Financial Group, LLC.
Several fundraisers will be held to subsidize parade costs and to disperse donations to local charities. This year’s beneficiaries include 180 Turning Lives Around and The Community YMCA.
