Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New Jersey and Rockland County, N.Y. announces that Sangita Sancheti, a sales associate affiliated with the company’s Marlboro/Manalapan office, recently completed a $2,825,000 residential sale in Marlboro. This transaction, which closed Dec. 10, represents the highest-priced residential single-family home resale recorded in Marlboro Township since 1997, according to data from the Monmouth/Ocean Multiple Listing Service.

As reported by New Jersey Realtors, Monmouth County experienced a 30.4 percent increase in single family homes entering the market in November compared to a year before. Closed sales were up 6.4 percent. Between November 2014 and November 2015, there was a 7.2 percent increase in new single family listings and an 8.4 percent increase in closed sales.
Located in Cannon Hills Estates, the home Sancheti sold on 2 Embry Farm Road in Marlboro features five bedrooms and eight-and-a-half bathrooms on nearly three acres.
