The Woodbridge Public Library invites teens in grades 8-12 to take a break from hectic school and activity schedules with a free stress relief program on Feb. 2 from 3-4 p.m. at the Main Library, located at 1 George Frederick Plaza, Woodbridge.
Teens can play games, sip a relaxing tea or hot chocolate, and indulge in some meditative exercises, including working on a coloring page or two.
There is no registration and the program is free, so interested teens can drop in on the Stop Stressing Program on Feb. 2. For more information, parents and teens can contact the Teen Services librarian at the Main Library at 732-634-4450 ext. 7130 or by emailing email@example.com.
