Teens can play games, sip a relaxing tea or hot chocolate, and indulge in some meditative exercises, including working on a coloring page or two.

There is no registration and the program is free, so interested teens can drop in on the Stop Stressing Program on Feb. 2. For more information, parents and teens can contact the Teen Services librarian at the Main Library at 732-634-4450 ext. 7130 or by emailing dgarcia@woodbridgelibrary.org.
