Library to host Odessa Klezmer Band Feb. 13

OLD BRIDGE — The Odessa Klezmer Band will bring the joyous dance music of the Klezmorim (Jewish folk musicians) to the Old Bridge Public Library at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 13 at 1 Old Bridge Plaza, Old Bridge.

The free concert is under the direction of Ed Goldberg, a Grammy-Award-winning musician who has performed at Carnegie Hall and made over 125 recordings of Polish, Ukrainian, Israeli, country and Klezmer dance music.

Established in 1984, Odessa Klezmer Band celebrates the rich musical heritage of Eastern Europe, Latino and Middle Eastern music, including polka and czardas. For more information about the band, visit www.odessaklezmer.com.
