Fair to spotlight books about Monmouth County

SHREWSBURY — The Monmouth County Genealogy Society and Shrewsbury Historical Society are sponsoring an Authors Book Faire from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. April 9 at the Eastern Branch Library, 1001 Route 35.

Local authors are invited to display and discuss their books about Monmouth County and its residents. Interested authors should send an email to shrewsburynjhs@yahoo.com with the subject line “I’m in the Book Faire” and request a registration form. Due to space limitations, participation in the program is limited to 16 authors.

The public is invited to stop in to meet authors of books associated with Monmouth County. Admission is free, and visitors will have an opportunity to purchase books. For more information, call the Shrewsbury Historical Society at 732-530-7974.
