LB 2.3 Butterfly Ball to benefit pediatric cancer patients

The Ashley Lauren Foundation will hold its fifth annual Butterfly Ball at 6 p.m. Feb. 20 at Ocean Place Resort & Spa, 1 Ocean Blvd., Long Branch.

Proceeds will support the programs of The Ashley Lauren Foundation, which assists pediatric cancer patients and their families through direct financial and material assistance. The Foundation also provides support groups, advocacy efforts and outings, parties and gifts for children.

The fundraiser will honor Dr. Kenneth and Ann Nahum and their family.

The evening will feature a 1920s atmosphere during the cocktail hour, dinner, live and silent auctions and dancing. Music will be provided by Brian Kirk & the Jirks. Formal attire inspired by “The Great Gatsby” is encouraged.
