K. Hovnanian Homes, New Jersey’s largest homebuilder, has opened another new townhome community in South Brunswick, Cambridge Crossing. Located on the Route 1 corridor in one of South Brunswick’s most sought-after areas, Cambridge Crossing will be an intimate community of only 85 spacious, luxurious townhomes featuring deluxe interiors and upscale features. The new community will offer a choice of four different townhome designs featuring up to 2,203 square feet of living space. Homes include desirable open floorplans with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, two-car garages, walkout basements, fenced-in yards, and a variety of high-end features. Pricing begins from $490,490 (subject to change).

Cambridge Crossing arrives on the heels of a very successful opening for The Oaks at Cranbury, a sister K. Hovnanian community in South Brunswick. It’s anticipated that interest for Cambridge Crossing will be equally strong, with a clear demand for these types of luxury, low-maintenance townhomes in this part of Middlesex County. In fact, nearly 10 homes have already been sold, even before the community officially opened.

Homeowners at Cambridge Crossing will appreciate a variety of distinguishing features that truly set these homes apart from others in the area. Designer kitchens will feature beautifully crafted, furniture-quality cabinetry and granite countertops with GE appliances and stainless steel features. Elegant bathrooms will include granite vanity tops, ceramic tile walls in the tub and shower area, and a double sink in the owner’s bath. Other distinctive design touches include a brushed nickel lighting package and a luxury carriage-style garage door with windows. As with all K. Hovnanian-built homes, these new townhomes will be constructed using highly energy-efficient features.

Cambridge Crossing homeowners will also appreciate living in one of central Jersey’s most convenient and desirable locations. Last year, New Jersey Family ranked the township of South Brunswick among the top 25 percent on its annual list of the state’s “Best Towns for Families.” The township has more than 20 developed parks, with picnic pavilions, trails, and athletic fields. There are also lots of open space areas, contributing to a pleasing natural environment, including D & R Canal State Park, Cook Natural Area, Davidsons Mill County Park, and Pigeon Swamp State Park. Living at Cambridge Crossing, families will also appreciate being part of the nationally ranked, award-winning South Brunswick school district.

Cambridge Crossing residents will enjoy a high quality of life, with easy access to a variety of cultural activities and plenty of great shops and restaurants in nearby Princeton and New Brunswick. The community is ideal for commuters, located close to Routes 1 and 130, as well as the NJ Transit Princeton Junction station for easy transport into New York City. The area is home to a variety of golf courses, as well, and it’s just a short drive to the Jersey Shore.

Cambridge Crossing is now open every day from 1 a.m. to 6 p.m. The first model home is tentatively planned to open this spring. Visit the sales office for more information about current opportunities and to be one of the first to own a new home in this coveted community. The office is located at 4 Friendship Road in South Brunswick. For directions or more details, call 877-546-8777.
