Infielder Gabby Bram from Jackson is a member of the 2016 Hofstra University softball team. Hofstra returns 13 players off last season’s roster that went 38-14-1 and 17-3 against the Colonial Athletic Assocation (CAA) last season. The Pride won the CAA title and advanced to the NCAA Gainesville Regional in Larissa Anderson’s first season as the head coach.
With support from New York Giants Alumni Heroes like Stephen Baker, Scott Brunner, Chris Calloway, Rod Hampton and Curtis McGriff, New York NFL Alumni Heroes Youth Football Camps will visit Woodbridge High School for a week of football instruction and fun.
All kids from any town are welcomed. New York NFL Alumni Heroes Youth Football Camps are available in 22 locations in the greater Connecticut, New York and New Jersey area. Camps operate in June and July.

Strong second-half performances from senior Alexis Daly (New Albany, Pennsylvania), sophomore Kamryn Dodd (Stevensville, Maryland) and freshman McKenzie Prutsman (Jasper, New York) secured Penn State Hazleton’s (14-2, 7-0 PSUAC) road victory at Penn State Mont Alto (6-11, 1-6 PSUAC) Jan. 26 by a score of 83-55. The trio combined for 35 second-half points as the No. 2-ranked Lady Lions tallied their seventh consecutive win in the Penn State University Athletic Conference to maintain their unblemished conference record.
Four Lady Lions reached double figures in the conference road win. Sophomore Jacqlyn Siva-Harrison (South Brunswick) registered 11 points and seven rebounds for her fourth double-digit performance of the season.
