The Red Bank Resource Network of the Mental Health Association of Monmouth County will provide free tax-filing assistance to those who earn $54,000 or less at 103 Drs. James Parker Blvd., Suite B, Red Bank. Bilingual assistance will be available.

Households with annual incomes under $53,267 may also qualify for an Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) up to $8,114. A tax return must be filed to claim the EITC.
