Mikey Project to help fifth grader battling brain cancer

North Brunswick Township High School and the Day by Day Hope Foundation are collaborating on The Mikey Project to benefit Mikey Richert, an 11-year-old fifth grader at John Adams Elementary School in North Brunswick who is battling brain cancer.

Mikey is now in a clinical trial at Sloan Kettering, which requires traveling to New York for treatments and doctor appointments.

Gift cards to restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, etc. are being collected, in addition to cash or checks to benefit Mikey and his three siblings.
