“Earl’s long history of success with Integrity House puts him in the ideal position for this new leadership role,” said Robert Budsock, Integrity House CEO and president. “The Supportive Housing program was spearheaded under his management, and we are both confident and enthusiastic that Earl will bring his strong leadership skills, vast understanding of management operations and his commitment to helping our clients attain a stable living environment to all of our residential facilities across New Jersey.”

Lipphardt began his career with Integrity House in 1999 as the general manager. While in this position, he served as the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) accreditation officer as well as the organization’s first corporate compliance officer.

Most recently, he served as the Supportive Housing director, where he implemented and managed the supportive housing program. In this role, he developed a streamlined and unified admissions process for Support Housing, as well as workflows for internal staffing, documentation, housing, job placement and medical care of Integrity House clients.

Lipphardt holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in addictions counseling from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
