Licensed instructor Denise Morgan will lead Drums Alive classes, featuring a high-energy dance rhythmical workout, 7-7:55 p.m. Thursdays, Feb. 25-March 24, at the Columbian Club of Knights of Columbus Council No. 426, 308 Fourth St., South Amboy. A portion of the proceeds will go to the Columbian Club.
The program is open to adults (including seniors and those who may have physical challenges) and children of all fitness levels. Individuals will take part in a mind-and-body workout, using a pair of drumsticks in their hands and a stability ball at their feet.
Cost is $45 for five classes. Participants should bring a stability ball, a yoga mat and water.
