There was no time-traveling DeLorean waiting to whisk Mary Burke to the future when she first opened Heritage House Realtors in 1990 with one office and 15 sales associates.  But had there been a DeLorean, she may have been surprised to see just how successful she’d be 26 years later.

Today, Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty is rated in the top five real estate agencies in Monmouth County, with four offices and 200 sales associates. The company’s average closed sales volume per sales associate is the highest in Monmouth County.

How has the owner, president and broker of record of Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty managed to maintain her edge in the highly competitive, volatile real estate marketplace – without the benefit of a time travel machine? By hiring exceptional sales associates, dedicated managers and highly trained support staff, all of whom bring professionalism, hard work and a shared vision to the office every day – making it the No. 1 choice Realtor, recognized for real estate service, excellence and leadership in the markets they serve.

This year the company has 50 recipients of the 2015 NJ Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award, a 20 percent increase over the previous year. This distinguished sales award recognizes those sales associates who have demonstrated excellence in the field of real estate salesmanship by earning units for sales, listings volume, and involvement in the industry and association.

The Platinum Level Award went to four Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty sales associates – Bernadette Barnett, Elizabeth Lubin, Pauline Poyner and Kelly Zaccaro. This achievement requires a minimum of $20 million in closed sales volume and 30 units closed, either listed or sold.

The Gold Level Award recipients are Anna Appolonia, Lydia Chen, Elaine Eadon, Karen Murphy and Frank Pento. This award requires recipients to close a minimum of 25 units, either listed or sold and $12 million in closed sales volume.

The Silver Level Award was awarded to seven of the company’s sales associates for exceeding $6.5 million in close sales volume and 20 units minimum, either listed or sold. These associates are Marlene Albrecht, Susan Berbrick, Rosanne Egidio, Nancy Golden, Jerilyn Restivo, Ali Ross and Ann Wiltz.

For closing a minimum of $2.5 million in closed sales volume and 15 units, either listed or sold, 34 Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty sales associates received the Bronze Level Award. The members of this distinguished group include the following: Lisa Aldridge, Jennie A. Bornhoeft, Bridget DiMisa Bruno, Colleen Camillo, Kathleen Cody-Bjelka, Pascale Coppola, Susan Crowe, Candy DeFalco, Dorothy “Dot” Donlin, Susan Farrant, Mary Fox, David Giuliano, Vincent Gogliormella, Jacalyn Grieco, Robin Hemphill, Sharen LaPorta, Leanne Lucarelli, Barbara “B” Mahon, Helen Maresca, Cynthia Meehan, Teresa “Terry” Mitrou, Christine Moore, Mary O’Malley-Joyce, Dianna Olson, Charles O’Rourke, Maria “Paulina” Pagano, Linda Paulsen, Monica Reddin, Stella Ruane, Lori Saybolt, Patricia Snell, Elisabeth Spurrier, Debra Swayze, and JoAnn Wiener.

Mary Burke is also pleased to announce that Pauline Poyner, sales associate in the Rumson office, has earned the Company Top Producer award for 2015. “Our congratulations to Pauline – her dedication to her clients, strong work ethic, positive attitude, incredible marketing skills, and her extensive knowledge of the local real estate markets attributes to these achievements,” says Burke.

In 2015, Jennie A. Bornhoeft, Dorothy “Dot” Donlin, Elizabeth Lubin and Charles O’Rourke, were named members of the N.J. Realtors Circle of Excellence Distinguished Sales Award Club, which recognizes those members who achieved the N.J. Realtors Circle Of Excellence Sales Award for 10 or more years.

In addition to these accomplishments, between 2005 and 2015 the company increased their local market share in closed sales volume by 102 percent, a number that continues to grow.

“We are a team of amazing and talented sales associates, dedicated managers and a support staff second to none,” says Burke. “I congratulate all of our sales associates on their achievements and thank our managers and support staff for their hard work. It’s been a successful ride for Heritage House Sotheby’s International Realty, one that’s sure to continue as it steps into the future, with or without a DeLorean.”
