The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Monmouth County will host a new music series, “Earth Room Concerts,” beginning April 23 at 1475 W. Front St., Lincroft. The series will bring nationally known folk and singer/songwriter artists to Monmouth County.
The folk-rock duo The Kennedys will perform at the 7:30 p.m. inaugural concert. Pete and Maura Kennedy met in 1992. Their first recording, “River of Fallen Stars,” was released in 1995 and followed by more than a dozen albums over their 20-year partnership.
Tickets in advance are $15 for adults and $7.50 for children age 12 and under or $20 per adult and $10 per child at the door. For more information or tickets, visit earthroomconcerts.org.
