Police identify Rutgers student who threw drink at Taco Bell worker

MILLTOWN – Police have identified the man who drove through the Milltown Taco Bell drive-through and assaulted a young female worker on March 3.

After purchasing food items and a large drink around 11:42 p.m., Cole Cadigan, 18, who resides on the New Brunswick campus of Rutgers University, allegedly threw the drink into the face of the worker and then quickly drove off while laughing, according to a statement prepared by the Milltown Police Department.

He was charged with simple assault on March 9 and released.
