Carlo Siracusa, regional vice president of Weichert, Realtors, announced that Chris Anthony of the Toms River office was named the region’s Manager of the Year. This award is given to one manager from Weichert’s offices throughout Middlesex, Monmouth and Ocean counties who has demonstrated exceptional management skills and has led his or her office to outstanding performance in 2015.
“This award highlights both Chris’ fearless determination to see his office succeed and his exceptional management capabilities,” Siracusa said. “He has a deep understanding of the needs of his sales associates and is committed to provide the support and tools necessary to help them give each client a positive experience.”
In his role as manager, Anthony oversees the day-to-day operations of the office including a knowledgeable sales staff, individualized marketing plans and offering financial services and moving-related assistance to clients in the surrounding area. Anthony is known for his hands-on approach with all sales associates, and is especially eager to help associates who are new to real estate.
