Greekamolé brings new tastes and style to Monmouth County.
At Greekamolé, food is not food. It’s an experience.
“At our restaurant, the customer is really the chef,” said Dimitrios “Jim” Elenis, owner of Greekamolé Mediterranean Fusion restaurant, 1130 Broad St., Shrewsbury. “Each customer is going to create their own special meal according to their taste. It’s part of the adventure that is Greekamolé.
“This is fast, casual, healthy food. It’s a medley of tastes and textures from the Mediterranean and Middle East with a dash of South American spices.”
The restaurant opens every day at 11 for lunch and dinner. It usually closes at 9 p.m., except on Sunday, when it closes at 8:30 p.m.
