Eleni Christou, 20, of Plainsboro Township, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, careless driving and failure to maintain lane after the car she was driving was stopped for weaving on Edgemere Avenue at 10:43 p.m. March 29. A passenger in her car, 21-year-old Vinroy J. Dodd Jr., of Ewing Township, was arrested on outstanding warrants totaling $4,958 from Lawrence Township, Hopewell Township, Seaside Heights and Hamilton Township. He was also charged with hindering apprehension and obstruction of justice. He was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correction Center on $5,000 bail. 
 Deborah N. McNeese, 33, of Trenton, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for $2,500 from Trenton Municipal Court after she was stopped by police at 11:20 a.m. March28 on Enterprise Drive for driving while her driver’s license was suspended. She was also issued a summons for driving while her driver’s license was suspended. 
 Naji J. Arrington, 43, of Plainsboro Township, was arrested at his home on an outstanding warrant for $500 from North Brunswick Township Municipal Court at 9:05 p.m. March 27. 
