The Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Home-Based Business Meetup April 21 from 5-7 p.m. at First Presbyterian Church Social Center, 270 Woodbridge Ave., Metuchen.
The meetup is open to any home-based business owner; RSVP to 732-548-2964 or metuchenchamber@optimum.net. There is no charge but attendees are encouraged to bring an item for the church’s community food pantry.

“Nearly 60 percent of newly established U.S. businesses are home-based, and the percentage increases every year,” said Lawrence McCullough, executive director of Metuchen Area Chamber of Commerce. “This meetup is designed to connect home-based business owners eager to locate additional opportunities in their area.”
