Scholarship announced for Middletown High School North and South seniors

Newman Springs Dental Care, 539 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft,  is offering two $500 scholarships for Middletown High School North and South graduating seniors planning a career in health care. This includes medicine, nursing, dentistry, chiropractic, physical therapy and other areas of healthcare.

This is the seventh year that the scholarships have been awarded. Dr. Mitchel Friedman presented the award to Brianna Ciampa of Middletown High School North and Luisa Rinaudo of Middletown High School South at each school’s senior award ceremony last year.

Scholarship applications have been sent to the high school guidance departments and are also available via email at scholarship@DrFriedman.biz. Applications must be received by April 21 to be considered. Winning applicants will be notified by mail or phone no later than May 2, 2016. Award certificates will be presented at a ceremony at the dental office and at the school’s senior awards ceremony.
