Stuart Davis, broker of record at Davis Realtors, East Brunswick, announces that two Realtor associates, Jennifer Geist and Nancy Stephens, have earned lifetime membership in the N.J. Realtors Distinguished Sales Club in 2015.
“Recognition of our peers is one of the highest honors we can achieve in this industry,” said Dorothy Bellas, broker manager. “Agents who have earned this award have proven their consistency by succeeding in helping families market their home and to find to their dream home year after year.”
Geist began her real estate career in 1982, using her knowledge of East Brunswick and surrounding towns and caring attention to details. Referrals from happy clients has helped her business grow. She has earned the Leading Sales Specialist and Leading Service Expert certifications from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. She has also volunteered for local cheerleading and football fundraising in addition to many local charitable organizations.
“This achievement would not have been possible without the support of my community, friends and family. Balancing the needs of my clients with those of my children was a challenge I worked hard to overcome,” Geist said at the Middlesex County Association of Realtors dinner in Edison.
Nancy Stephens has more than 20 years of real estate experience in resales and new construction, as well as property management. Covering Middlesex, Monmouth and Somerset counties, Stephens has garnered many accolades during her career. Her marketing degree and neighborhood expertise are a great resource for her clients. She is a member of the Middlesex County Association of Realtors Community Service Committee where she recently participated in a Teddy Bear Collection for hospitalized children, and is a weekly volunteer for a local church supper.
“It’s so nice to be honored by our colleagues for reaching these goals, Stephens said. “We get a lot of satisfaction when our clients move into their new home and their family is excited, but it’s special to us when our peers acknowledge our work.”
To attain this award, agents must have first have earned the N.J. Realtors Circle of Excellence Sales Award in 10 different years. The N.J. Realtors Distinguished Sales Club Award is presented to agents who demonstrate receipt of the Circle of Excellence Sales Award for 10 years (which need not be consecutively earned).
