POLICE BLOTTER for the week of 4/8/16

The East Windsor Township Police Department initiated the following police reports through Wednesday, March 30, 2016. 
Danielle Meisner-Solis, 30, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, careless driving, impeding traffic, obstructing traffic and having unclear plates after being stopped at 1:33 a.m. March 27 on Lake Drive.
The officer was on patrol on Twin Rivers Drive in the area of Lake Drive when he observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from within the vehicle. Ms. Meisner-Solis was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. She was later released pending court action. 
Cody R. Wright, 19, of East Windsor, was charged with DUI, reckless driving, careless driving, failure to maintain lane, being an unlicensed driver and endangering the welfare of a juvenile after being stopped at 8:27 p.m. March 27 on Milford Road.
An officer was on patrol on Milford Road when he observed a vehicle driving erratically and conducted a motor vehicle stop. While speaking with the driver, the officer detected the odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from within the vehicle. Mr. Wright was given field sobriety tests and arrested for DUI. He was later released pending court action. A juvenile passenger in the vehicle, not related to the driver, was later turned over to a family member. 
Jenna M. Borelli, 31, of New Brunswick, has been charged with shoplifting and possession of burglary tools
Officers responded to Target at 5:33 p.m. March 29 on a shoplifting report. The investigation revealed the suspect concealed various electronics valued at $299.98. During the investigation it was determined that the suspect was responsible for five previously reported shoplifting incidents of electronic devices. Ms. Borelli was arrested and remanded to Mercer County Corrections in lieu of $5,000 bail. 
 Officers responded to CVS Pharmacy on Route 130 at 5:10 p.m. March 22 for a report of a shoplifter who left the store. The victim reported that an individual walked out of the store without paying for merchandise valued at $599.88.
