Residents asked to petition storage facility on Route 130

Currently there is a proposal before the North Brunswick Zoning Board that threatens to permanently change the landscape of the Route 130 residential corridor. This proposal would allow for the construction of a large warehouse storage facility in a residential neighborhood. This historic rezoning of a residential parcel to a fully commercial zoned property would open the door for additional large box facilities to be placed in neighborhoods along the Route 130 residential corridor.

Countless residents have formed an association in an effort to preserve these neighborhoods from this large corporate commercial insurgency. We call upon all residents to voice their opposition with township officials to this proposed historic transformation of the Route 130 residential corridor.
