Route 9 ramp to Garden State Parkway to be closed this weekend

The Route 9 northbound ramp to the Garden State Parkway northbound in Sayreville is scheduled to be closed this weekend to permit work on an adjacent bridge as part of a New Jersey Turnpike Authority project.

At 7 tonight, NJ Turnpike Authority Contractor Northeast Remsco Construction will close the Route 9 northbound ramp to the Parkway until Monday at 5 a.m., according to a statement prepared by the New Jersey Department of Transportation (DOT).

Motorists will have to proceed on Route 9 northbound and take the Route 9 north/Route 35 northbound ramp and then proceed north to take the ramp from Route 9 northbound to the Garden State Parkway northbound in Woodbridge.
