MANVILLE: Library hosts programs to help job seekers

In addition to community resources, books, articles and databases, Manville’s library at 100 S. 10th Ave. will host free programs on Tuesdays this spring to help patrons in job-seeking efforts.

The next two:
— Job Hunting Basics en Español: Sandra Morace and Joanne Hala will teach attendees the basics of job hunting: a simple resume, what to expect in a job interview, training and online job search. — Resume writing workshop: Christy Bouziotis, a certified professional resume writer with doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in English literature, will teach participants how to create a resume that effectively markets strengths and qualifications — and lands job interviews — in the competitive job market. April 26, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
