Paul Stach named Chair of Family & Children’s Service’s (FCS) Board of Directors

Retired finance executive Paul Stach of Little Silver has been named to a two-year term as Chair of Family Children’s Service’s (FCS) Board of Directors. He succeeds Dena Reger, an attorney with the Little Silver law firm of Jahos, Broege & Shaheen LLP, whose term expired in December.

Established in 1909, FCS is Monmouth County’s oldest private, non-profit social service agency providing compassionate care, intervention and education to people during challenging times in their lives. Its 14 diverse programs and services focus on the needs of multiple at-risk
populations, including Adult Protective Services, Community Support Services, Home Care Services, Representative Payee and Volunteer Services.

Mr. Stach, who joined the FCS Board of Directors in 2012, has served in a variety of leadership capacities, including Chair of the agency’s Revenue Task Force. In addition to his volunteer work with FCS, Mr. Stach is a Trustee at the Church of the Nativity Roman Catholic Church in Fair Haven where he also serves as a member of the Finance Committee and a lector, and has chaired the Bishop’s Annual Appeal. He is also Treasurer of the Monmouth Beach Bath and Tennis Club in Monmouth Beach where he and his family are members.

Prior to retiring in 2015, Mr. Stach was a Founding Managing Partner at Osprey Partners Investment Management, LLC, where he also served as Chairman of the Management Committee, Chief Economist and Head of Fixed Income. His career also included executive management positions with Fox Asset Management and Kidder Peabody & Co. Paul holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics from Williams
College. He is a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy in Lincroft.
