Exceptional kitchens to be featured on tour

COLTS NECK – The self-guided Colts Neck Kitchen Tour on May 6 from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. will feature several exceptional kitchens, delicious tastings from the area’s top chefs and beautiful table settings. Home design enthusiasts and novices alike will be inspired by the elegant kitchens and creative home design showcased on the tour, according to a press release.

Guests can explore a dramatic whole house transformation and innovative new construction. Visitors can view indoor and outdoor entertaining spaces, bars, wine cellars, and children’s play and study areas. The tour is filled with design inspiration for anyone looking to renew, refresh or revive their own living space, according to the press release.

In each home on the tour, guests can whet their appetite with mouthwatering cuisine from top local chefs and restaurants. Foodie favorites Restaurant Nicholas, Via 45 and Just Restaurant are just a few of the culinary stars featured on the tour. A variety of tempting treats are on the menu – from appetizers and beverages to delectable desserts.

Guests can visit Colts Neck’s award-winning winery, 4JG Vineyards. The winery’s newest release, Celebration Chardonnay 2014, is a San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition medal winner, according to the press release.
