Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate closed more than $1.5 billion in real estate sales volume in 2015. Of particular note for 2015, Gloria Nilson & Co. sales figures in Middlesex County increased by more than 20 percent.

Despite news from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) in late December pointing to an annual 3.8 percent decline nationally in existing homes sales compared to the same period in 2014, Gloria Nilson & Co. has experienced a banner year. According to Ed Nugent, branch manager of Gloria Nilson & Co.’s Monroe office, the brokerage insulated itself from such market trends by employing a multi-pronged marketing strategy as well as its ongoing recruitment effort for experienced sales professionals.
