Gloria Nilson & Co. wins Best App from New Jersey Builders Association

The New Jersey Builders Association (NJBA) awarded Gloria Nilson & Co. Real Estate with its Best Marketing App or Tool award for the brokerage’s iOS and Android compatible real estate app during the 29th annual Sales and Marketing (SAM) Awards event at the Resorts Casino Hotel in Atlantic City on March 31.

“Gloria Nilson & Co. has long been a leader in providing exceptional service and expertise to our real estate clients,” said Pat Bell, president of Gloria Nilson & Co. “With the introduction of our mobile app last July, we have advanced this high level of quality and service to the digital space. We’re thrilled to be recognized by NJBA for this effort.”

The Gloria Nilson & Co. iOS and Android compatible real estate app allows consumers to find homes for sale and open houses, as well as apartments for rent in New Jersey and Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Easy-to-use filters allow for narrowed search criteria, and saved searches and new home alerts are available for those who create an account through the app.

A second award for Best Special Promotion or event was also conveyed to Gloria Nilson & Co. for its Sept. 17, 2015 event to announce its expanded partnership with Christie’s International Real Estate, which was held at the Navesink Country Club in Rumson. The event featured Christie’s International Real Estate CEO Dan Conn, Gloria Nilson & Co. Owner and CEO Richard Schlott, Bell and hundreds of guests.

The award event was held as part of the Atlantic Builders Convention, the largest building industry trade show in the Northeast. In its 67th year, the convention featured more than 400 exhibits on the latest products and services in the industry as well as education seminars covering market trends, government policies and technical developments.

The SAM Awards were established in 1988 to honor excellence in sales and marketing contributions to the New Jersey building industry.
