North Brunswick Zoning Board should reject storage unit application

There is a proposal before the North Brunswick Zoning Board to rezone a large parcel of land from residential to commercial along the Route 130 corridor. The purpose of this rezoning is to allow the construction of another multi-level self-storage unit in North Brunswick.

There are already six of these storage units in North Brunswick. This proposed warehouse would be built directly in a residential neighborhood and would include a large truck driveway within feet of multiple backyards. It would certainly decrease home property values and would lead to a major increase in traffic within the residential area.

This rezoning must be rejected by the North Brunswick Zoning Board. The will of the people of North Brunswick in opposition to this rezoning must be met.
