The April tax-filing deadline may have passed, but income tax conundrums can continue to be an issue throughout the year. Free tax assistance is still available at the Long Branch Free Public Library on Friday afternoons at 328 Broadway.

Tax volunteer Al Pescoe will be available to provide guidance and answer questions about tax returns. Sign in by 1:30 p.m. on a Friday for a private, confidential appointment. Assistance will be given on a first-come, first-serve basis.
