Bob Krolikowski

Bob Krolikowski, 60, of Lodi, California, formerly of Monroe Township, passed away January 9 at home.

Born to Bernard and Jean Krolikowski in New Brunswick June 5, 1955, he grew up in Monroe, attended Monroe School #1 and Hightstown High School. Bob learned the packaging business in the New Jersey-New York area before moving in 1983 to work in management for General Mills in Lodi, California. In 1990, he started his company, Packaging Machine Maintenance, which he conducted till his death. Serving companies throughout the United States, he provided expertise in all aspects of packaging equipment.

Bob was an intelligent, funny, generous man who most loved his family, friends and animals. A lifelong drummer, he performed with The Paybacks here in the ’70s and ’80s. He loved restoring muscle cars, attending NHRA races and rock concerts. A man who “lived for today,” he brought laughter and fun to all.

Predeceased by his parents, grandparents Ignacy and Tessie Krolikowski; Russell Rhodes and Elsie Rasiewicz; step-grandparents Lillian Rhodes, Leon Kaczmarek and Carl Rasiewicz. Leaves his wife, Sherri, of Lodi and stepson Anthony Allen of Stockton, California; siblings Lea Rhodes of Truckee, California, and Steve Krolikowski of Monroe; many cousins, nieces, nephews, and lifelong best friend, Alan Jolley (Theresa) of Monroe.

A memorial service was held January 30 in California where interment was private. A Celebration of Life will be held April 30, 4:30 p.m., at the Spotswood Knights of Columbus.
