Dog walk, pet fair slated for April 30

LINCROFT — The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) will hold its 22nd annual Spring Dog Walk & Pet Fair fundraiser from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. April 30 at Brookdale Community College, 765 Newman Springs Road.

Proceeds will be used to care for homeless animals and find forever homes for them.

The event, which will be held in conjunction with corporate partner Red Bank Veterinary Hospital, will feature vendors, live music by The Wag, on-site adoptions, a microchip clinic, food trucks, children’s activities, a 50/50 raffle and demonstrations.

Top-fundraising individuals and teams will be eligible for prizes, including a vacation getaway. To register, visit www.mcspcadogwalk.org.
