The Sayreville Middle School (SMS) Music Department will host its first SMS Duets competition at 7 p.m. May 12 in the auditorium at Sayreville War Memorial High School, 820 Washington Road.
The vocal showcase will feature 10 eighth-grade vocalists teamed up with their favorite middle school teacher. There will be a mix of performances ranging from current pop hits to classic oldies.
Tickets, which cost $5, will be sold at the door.
