Edison AARP Chapter 3446 will meet on May 16 at 1 p.m. The meeting will be held at Our Lady of Peace Parish Center, Franklin Avenue, Fords section of Edison. This month’s meeting will feature the installation of officers for the coming year, and the presentation of the Community Service Award for outstanding service to AARP and the community. The program will be followed by a social with refreshments.
An AARP Driver Safety program will be held on June 28 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Call Bob at 732-885-1789 for reservations.
Canned food and miscellaneous items for veterans, hospitals, and nursing homes will be collected at the meeting.
