On Mother’s Day, the girls’ U-11 Hopewell Tsunamis presented their moms with flowers and a 4-0 victory over Bridgewater.
The Tsunami offense got goals from Kathryn McCabe (2), Ava Brass and Kirsten Ruf. Andie Cappucci (2) and McCabe added assists.
Goalkeeper Kirsten Ruf and the Tsunami back line of Addie Sullivan, Mae Fesmire and Madie Ayres held the Barca scoreless for the second time this season. Maura Graham, Emma Sullivan and Caroline Mormile created offense for the Tsunamis. Maggie Buglino, Leah McManimon, and Rory Danieluk controlled the midfield.

The girls’ under-11 Storm had a 6–0 victory over the Metuchen Rockets. Paige Dumont scored 2 goals. Lucia Salvato, Ava D’Alessandro, Grace Stroman and Kaylie Ross each scored 1.
Team effort came from Charlotte Cavenaugh, Lucia Salvato, Caileigh Ross, Ava D’Alessandro and Lucy Antal with an agressive offense.Charlotte Granato and Paige Dumont, Sarah Javick, Brooke Hutchinson and Julianna Silva led the defense.
Goalies Christina Zelan and Grace Stroman notched the shutout.
