The Jewish Community Center of Middlesex County, 1775 Oak Tree Road, Edison, announces a new initiative, Live Well @ the JCC, slated to begin in September, 2016. This exercise program and lecture series is geared towards the over 55 community promoting health, fitness and wellness. Potential classes include tai chi, qigong, Zumba Gold, dance and reiki.
