Danielle Elizabeth Bechta of North Brunswick has been inducted as a Rutgers Alumni Association’s (RAA) Loyal Daughter
Bechta graduated from the School of Arts & Sciences in 2011. She is currently the RAA’s secretary and vice president and is officer oversight for several committees.
She became involved with the Young Alumni and Undergraduate committees immediately after graduation and eventually became chair of the Young Alumni Committee. As a chair, she oversaw new and reoccurring events, including happy hours, brewery tours, beer tastings, tailgates and a day at Monmouth Park Racetrack.
She also volunteers as an alumna advisor to her sorority and helped found the Rutgers Dance Marathon Alumni, becoming its first executive director.
Bechta is the first Loyal Daughter from the School of Arts and Sciences.
