Cheers & Jeers

TV Guide Magazine

Cheers to New Girl
for getting back on track. It took longer than most network comedies last, but Jess (Zooey Deschanel) and Nick (Jake Johnson) look like they are finally finding their way back to each other. Unless Megan Fox signs on for next season. In that case, we’re totally #TeamReagan.

Cheers to Barbara Hershey
for her hellishly hot turn on Damien. Sure, the show is centered on the son of Satan (Bradley James), but it was the Oscar nominee who ascended as the guiltiest pleasure when her devil’s minion Ann Rutledge schemed, seduced and slayed her way into our hearts of darkness.

Jeers to Dancing with the Stars
for being a full house of fail. Something is seriously bent about the elimination process if Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe can get a perfect score and still be bumped off before a certain klutzy crooner reached the end of his road.

Jeers to Grey’s Anatomy
for the Calzona custody catastrophe. As sad as it was to see one of our favorite couples implode, nothing prepped us for the ugly cries that came when Callie (Sara Ramirez) and Arizona (Jessica Capshaw) battled for daughter Sofia by taking the stand against each other. We object to all of this sadness!
