Summer is just around the corner and Congregation B’nai Israel in Rumson will celebrate its fourth annual “Shabbat at the Shore” beginning 5 p.m. June 10 at Seven Presidents Oceanfront Park in Long Branch. The rain date is June 17.
Members and nonmembers are welcome to attend this event that includes fun for all ages, such as a magician and music, and a kosher barbecue dinner. After dinner, take a short walk to the beach for a brief service to welcome the Shabbat.
