Barbara Penny, a broker sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Metuchen/Edison, is sponsoring the 13th annual Tower Area Garage Sale in North Edison from 8 a.m.–4 p.m. on June 4. The rain date is June 5.
A resident of Edison Tower and an active member of her community, Penny established this annual event in 2003.
The event will include more than 35 homes, each hosting an individual garage sale. All participating homes are bordered by Grove Avenue, Route 27 and Calvert and Christie streets. Blue and white balloons and directional signs on Route 27 and Grove Avenue will direct patrons to the event’s general location.
