Golf outing to aid genetics, genomics program

Saint Peter’s Foundation, a member of the Saint Peter’s Healthcare System, will host its Community Golf Outing and Networking Reception June 7 at Forsgate Country Club, Monroe. The day will benefit the Department of Medical Genetics and Genomic Medicine at Saint Peter’s University Hospital, New Brunswick.

Tournament registration, breakfast and driving-range access will begin at 7 a.m. Shotgun start will follow at 8 a.m. A networking reception will be held 1-1:45 p.m. Lunch and awards are planned for 1:45 p.m.

The format is a team scramble. Prizes will be awarded for first-fourth places. Contests include closest to the pin and longest drive. Hole-in-one prizes will be offered by the Malouf Auto Group and Route 18 Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram.

Single golfer fee is $300. All golf packages include green fees, cart fees, practice facility, breakfast, lunch and a gift.
