MILLTOWN — Police received a report that an older white male had attempted to lure children into his car. He was described as having short, gray and black hair and beard and driving a small black car.
It was reported that the man asked the children if they wanted a ride home and stated that he lives near them, according to a statement released by the Milltown Police Department on June 4.
The suspect and his vehicle had not been identified or located, as of press time.
Police encourage residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately.
