East Brunswick Elks Lodge No. 2370 will sponsor the New Jersey State Elks Association Boys Baseball and Girls Softball Batter Up Batting Contest 5:30-7:30 p.m. June 18 at Heavenly Farms, 440 Dunhams Corner Road, East Brunswick. Registration is set for 5-5:30 p.m.
The contest is open to boys and girls ages 5-15. Division placement will be determined by the individual’s age as of April 30; a copy of the participant’s birth certificate must be presented. Winners of each bracket will advance to the district level. Contestants should bring their own bat, ball, helmet (if necessary) and glove.
