The 39th annual Frog Hollow Swim and Tennis Club 5K Run and Health Walk will take place June 25 at the club, Ferris Street, off South Pine Avenue, South Amboy. In-person registration is set for 7:30 a.m. The Youth Fun Run will step off at 8:30 a.m. The 5K will begin at 9 a.m.
The event will feature awards, T-shirts, a post-race picnic and all-day swimming and tennis for race participants. Entry fee for the 5K is $20 in advance, $25 on race day. There is no charge to take part in the Youth Fun Run. Proceeds will benefit the city of South Amboy’s fire and first aid departments.
